Akashdeep is the Chief Growth Officer at KNAV and leads the business development practice.

He has been a career banker with ICICI Bank Limited. In his 22+ years tenor with the Bank, he has led retail, SME, corporate and international businesses with nationwide responsibilities. In India, Akashdeep has successfully grown SME, mortgages, retail liabilities and trade businesses. Akashdeep has worked at senior management roles for more than 11 years in international markets, including at Canada, USA and West Asia & Africa. As the Regional CEO of USA and West Asia & Africa, his responsibilities included providing strategic, transformational and innovative directions to grow the business. His responsibilities included managing the compliance, finance, legal and HR functions in the geography & involved frequent interactions with the regulators, government agencies and partner Banks.

Besides banking, Akashdeep has worked briefly in the automotive, construction, finance and private equity with the leading names in the Indian industry.

He is a civil engineer from BITS, Pilani and an MBA from Mumbai University.
